About Your Account Executive The Account Executive responsible for your retirement plan is knowledgeable in the latest regulations governing your plan. Selected based on their experience and people skills, our Account Executives receive extensive, rigorous training to acquire the special tools and know-how needed to service your retirement plan needs. Help With Plan Installation Considering the many details involved, installing an employee retirement plan can be problematic and time-consuming. However, your Account Executive will be on hand to guide you through the installation process. Employee Enrollment & Education Complete and accurate enrollment processing and ongoing support are critical to a plan's success. Your Account Executive will conduct on-site enrollment meetings and provide a broad range of employee educational materials to help explain the benefits of plan participation. First Quarter Review Three months following plan installation, your Account Executive will arrange a follow-up meeting to help ensure that you are completely satisfied with all aspects of your employee retirement plan. Annual Review We will also provide you with a yearly plan review, including suggestions for enhancements and a detailed report on plan status. For our trustee-directed clients we also take this opportunity to review their STAR program.
